In the lead up to the Grand Opening of Brockport we are pleased to talk about our charity partner Healthy Highway.
Bike Zone's relationship with Healthy Highway started out as the relationship between two people Dave and Wendy. Wendy who is the founder of Healthy Highway has been a long time customer of the Bike Zone. Due to the trust built over years this new chapter just feels like a natural progression forward.
Healthy Highway and the Bike Zone create a collaboration that can do great things together. This next step is an example of that. Healthy Highway is going to be a part of our Grand Opening in Brockport. Wendy will be running a fundraiser to help expand her latest mission...helping children in need. The Healthy Highway "REV-olution" is a campaign where loveable, huggable dog-shaped pillows are donated to children in need. She has donated 400 pillows to organizations such as Bivona, Center for Youth, foster care, and Hub 585. These pillows provide comfort and companionship during trying times. Donations from this event will provide Rev pillows to the Willow Center and Coldwater House.
Wendy will also be riding with us and bringing some REV’s to join the fun.
Healthy Highway is a not-for-profit community outreach program that helps children and families make healthy choices every day.
